Personalization

Is there any charge for engraving or personalization?

No, we do not have a charge or fee for engraving or personalization.

What is the difference between 3 letter monogram and initials?

When choosing initials list them in the order of first middle and last initial, all engraving will be uniform in size. When choosing monogram we engrave in this order: first LAST middle initials. Reason is the last name initial will be larger than the first and middle initial. Example: BKT

Where do I enter initials for the engraving?

Enter the initials in Line 1 text box.

Are spaces included in the amount of characters you can use?

Yes, spaces are included as a character.

On the signs, where you enter name, do I just enter the name?

Enter the name the way you would like to see it on the item. For instance if you looking at the tavern collection and the item says “John’s” in the name box you would enter the name with ‘S or S’ depending how your name is spelled. You can leave out Pub, Tavern or Lounge we will add that.

On the signs, what is the Proprietor or Full name Box For?

Proprietor is the first and Last names of the recipient of the Sign. <br>example: John Doe or Jane and John Doe

Production Time and Shipping

How long does it take to make the product?

On every item there is an “Availability: Usually ships in …” this will tell you the time it takes to make before shipping. Example: Availability: Usually ships in 1-2 weeks

How long does it take for shipping a product once it is made?

UPS ground shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days depending on where it is going. We do ship products from different parts of the U.S.

How come we received part of our order?

We carry a large selection of gifts. We do use more than one manufacturer. You items could be shipped from multiple manufactures.

Can I rush an order?

Yes you can. There is a ten dollar rush fee for getting your items shipped out the next day. Please contact customer service to find out the best way to choose your shipping method.

Discounts and Quantity Pricing

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

We do run promotions through our newsletter that offer discounts and coupons on all gifts. Please feel free to sign up and take advantage of the many promotions we offer our members. We do offer free ground shipping with purchases of two hundred dollars or more.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

We do offer quantity discount on most of our products. If you don't see quantity pricing that means we do not offer it for that specific product.

Where do I enter that coupon code?

You enter the coupon code on the check out page. Once you enter the code hit the apply button and you will see the discount applied to the subtotal. We do not discount the shipping charge.

Returns, Damages and Exchanges

I spelled the name wrong, is there anything you can do to fix it?

Once a product is personalized we can not fix it.

I received my product and the personalization is wrong, what do I do?

If we spelled it wrong, we do apologize for that. To receive an exchange on a misspelled item you must contact us within 5 business days Here is the procedure, instead of returning the product back to us, we ask if you can send us a digital photo of the mistake. Once the photo is received we will send the product out ASAP. This is a lot faster than waiting for the mistake product to get to us. Once you receive the new product just toss the mistake away.

I received the product and it is damaged?

To receive an exchange on a defective or damaged item you must contact us within 5 business days.  Here is the procedure, instead of returning the product back to us, we ask if you can send us a digital photo of the damage. Once the photo is received we will send the product out ASAP. This is a lot faster than waiting for the mistake product to get to us. Once you receive the new product just toss the mistake away, unless instructed to different.

If I don't personalize it can I return the item?

Non-personalized merchandise can be returned for credit or we can credit your Credit card account. It does not qualify for shipping reimbursement. To receive credit for the item you must contact us within 5 business days.
